That aside, this irks me to no end as well.   On a few occasions I&#039;ve run out of patience waiting for people to move their carts and I simply grab them and do it myself.

I had one lady freak out on me one day about it (&quot;Hey, my purse is in there!&quot;) and I just informed her that I had patiently (and obviously) waited for about 30 seconds for her to move her cart and that if she can&#039;t be bothered, I felt obliged to assist her, as she was clearly disabled in some fashion.</description>
